You better be geared up because we're hitting you with the college football preview. There are no official rankings out yet, but we've put together Clevver's top picks. Of course, the traditional football powerhouses make the cut. Having that name and history will always pull through for pre-season rankings. Ohio State will likely be a strong contender this season with 2 straight years, and losses, in the BCS Championship game. However, the Buckeyes have a returning QB, and pairing him up with their workhorse running back Chris Wells, it's a great one-two punch. Next up, expectations are high for Georgia after finishing 2007 with a 7-game winning streak. Plus, the Bulldogs have most of their top players back this year. Of course, this next season it looks like Oklahoma will have the best offensive line across the nation, and the Sooners no-huddle offense will be able to rack-up a ton of touchdowns. « menos
