With the military facing a hemp shortage due to foreign suppliers being controlled or blocked by enemy forces, America needed farmers to step up and start producing a product necessary for the rope, rigging, cloth, and other products that the Army, Airforce, and Navy needed for operations. A very detailed description of how and where to grow hemp follows, including descriptions of how to seed, harvest, and ret the hemp. Hemp processing is also explored in interesting detail.
